Perform vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to high industry standards
Provide detailed and accurate reports to customers regarding repairs and maintenance
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair procedures clearly
Work collaboratively within a team to meet targets and uphold high customer service standards
Maintain workshop efficiency and cleanliness to uphold dealership reputation
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance tasks as required as a Vehicle TechnicianRequirements:

Fully qualified Automotive Vehicle Technician, holding a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification
Previous experience working within a dealership environment is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
