The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Yeovil.

We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.

Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.

Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.

Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.

The Package:

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + bonus £40,000 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm

Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.

Supportive team environment within a well-established franchise dealership.
