Our client, a successful automotive group, is recruiting a Workshop Controller for their busy site in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Workshop Controller opportunities available with a basic salary of £35,000 and an OTE of £38,500.
This role is 40 hours per week, with 34 days’ holiday including bank holidays.
You will join an established site offering excellent job security, ongoing training and genuine progression.
The Workshop Controller role is available with a company pension, a health care programme and a range of additional benefits.
The Workshop Controller position also includes the opportunity to lead an established team in a high-volume working environment.

Assign work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
Plan incoming work and manage workshop time and resources
Allocate Technicians to tasks to maximise productivity and meet deadlines
Undertake maintenance, servicing and repairs when required
Occasionally stand in for the Aftersales ManagerRequirements for a Workshop Controller:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller in the Motor Trade
Senior Technicians with some workshop control experience are welcome to apply
Capability to get on the tools when needed (must be able to perform as a Vehicle Technician)
Proven track record of performance and strong workshop leadership
Exceptional communication skills
Full valid UK driving licence
