Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Rayleigh
Remuneration: Up to £38,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:
Join our client as an HR Advisor and help shape a supportive workplace! In this role, you will:

Provide support and coaching to managers on employee relations, ensuring consistent and policy-driven advice.
Assist in consultation and implementation processes for organisational change, making HR recommendations.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and enhance HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Design and deliver HR training programmes to empower managers and staff in effective people management.
Prepare documentation to support managers in managing their teams effectively.
Provide guidance on managing both short and long-term employee absences, maintaining robust monitoring systems.
Update and maintain absence management records, producing insightful monthly reports for senior management.
Advise on family-friendly policies, helping managers and employees navigate their rights and entitlements.
Prioritise and manage a variety of HR queries efficiently.
Maintain an up-to-date log of HR cases and provide timely status updates to management.
Process and prepare HR data reports to agreed standards.
Ensure proper maintenance of electronic documentation and filing systems.
Undertake adhoc projects as requested, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain the e-learning system, addressing queries alongside the Training Department.
