* Promote best practice, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies

* Partner with stakeholders to support business decisions and people strategy

* Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives

* Drive employee engagement activities and contribute to HR projects

* Assist with recruitment processes, including screening and coordination

* Contribute to reward processes, reporting, and wider HR operations

About You

* Proven experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role

* Confident handling ER cases from start to finish

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)

* Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

* A varied, hands-on role with genuine career development opportunities

* Exposure to exciting HR projects and business initiatives

* Occasional travel to other sites (with advance notice)

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly add value, develop your career, and be part of a forward-thinking HR function, we’d love to hear from you.
