Project Architect | High-End Residential | London

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
An established design-led architecture and interiors practice is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its growing team in London.
The studio delivers bespoke residential projects across the UK, ranging from new-build homes to complex refurbishments and extensions. This is an opportunity to work on beautifully crafted projects from concept through to completion within a collaborative and creative environment.
The Role
Lead and contribute to residential projects across all RIBA stages
Prepare planning, technical and construction information
Develop design presentations and client-facing materials
Coordinate with consultants and external project teams
Attend client meetings and site visits as required
Support project delivery through construction phases
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high design and technical standards
Requirements
Qualified Architect (Part 3 or equivalent)
Experience delivering residential projects in the UK
Strong design and technical capabilities
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Experience coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in industry-standard design and presentation software
