Project Architect

Location: Berkshire

Salary: £42-47,000

A well-established architectural practice focused on luxury residential design is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join its growing team in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead bespoke residential schemes, develop lasting client relationships, and play a key role within a creative studio known for delivering thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes.

Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee high-end residential projects throughout all RIBA stages
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Prepare detailed design packages, technical drawings, and project documentation
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors effectively
* Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality expectations
* Integrate sustainable design approaches into project development and delivery
* Provide strong design leadership alongside technical expertise at every stage
* Support the continued growth and reputation of the practice

Skills & Qualifications

* ARB-registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience
* Demonstrable experience working on luxury private residential projects in the UK
* Proven ability to lead projects from early design stages through to completion
* Strong design sensibility combined with excellent technical and detailing knowledge
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Experience using Vectorworks would be beneficial
* Passion for sustainable architecture, with Passivhaus knowledge or experience considered a strong advantage
