Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our agency team supporting residents within a residential home environment.

This role primarily involves providing 2:1 support, ensuring individuals receive person-centred care tailored to their needs. Duties may include:

* Supporting residents with daily living activities

* Providing personal care where required

* Administering and supporting medication management

* Supporting individuals with epilepsy and implementing care plans

* Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures

* Accompanying and supporting residents in the local community

* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to CQC standards

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a support worker or care role

* Up-to-date mandatory training

* Valid certification in all required areas listed above

* Reliable, professional, and person-centred approach

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
