PlusConnect Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers and Care Assistants to support services across Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and promoting independence for vulnerable adults and young people.

Responsibilities:

* Providing person-centred care and support.
* Assisting with daily living activities.
* Supporting individuals within residential, supported living, and community settings.
* Encouraging independence and social inclusion.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately.
* Following safeguarding procedures and care plans.

Requirements:

* Previous care or support work experience preferred.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
* Driving licence desirable but not essential.
