Salary: £17ph - £20ph
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our growing precision engineering team in Ferndown. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring high-quality components are produced efficiently and accurately.

CNC Setter/Operator - Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC turning machines
Change tooling and adjust offsets as required
Edit and prove out programs using Fanuc controls
Perform first-off and in-process inspections
Work from engineering drawings and specificationsCNC Setter/Operator - Requirements

Previous CNC turning experience
Ability to set and operate CNC lathes independently
Experience editing programs on Fanuc controls
Competent using micrometers, verniers and gauges
Strong attention to detail and quality standardsCNC Setter/Operator - Benefits
