This is an excellent opportunity to lead SEND provision across a vibrant and diverse school community, ensuring every child is supported to thrive and achieve their full potential.
The Role
As SENCO, you will lead and oversee SEND provision across the school, working closely with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies to ensure all children receive the support they need to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have proven experience leading SEND provision within a primary setting
Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum
Be an experienced and effective classroom practitioner
Inspire colleagues through strong leadership and collaboration
Champion inclusion and maintain high expectations for all pupils
