Looking to take the next step in your recruitment career with a business that genuinely values its people?
Sphere Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Resourcer / Senior Resourcer to join our Plymouth team.
As an employee-owned business, every member of the team has a real stake in our success. That means a collaborative culture, long-term thinking, and a business that invests in its people. We’ve built a strong reputation across the construction sector, and we’re proud of the relationships we’ve developed with both clients and candidates across the South West and beyond.
Working closely with our experienced consultants and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing top construction talent across a variety of sectors.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting talent, and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
* Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Writing adverts and marketing live vacancies
* Conducting candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines
* Supporting consultants with client requirements and recruitment campaigns
* Managing candidate compliance and onboarding processes
* Using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and activity
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and organised approach
* Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
* Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not essential
* A team player with ambition and a positive attitude
What We Offer:
* Employee-owned business with a people-first culture
* Competitive salary
* Excellent benefits package
* Ongoing training and development
* Supportive and collaborative team
* Opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the construction sector
If you’re looking for a recruitment opportunity where you can genuinely grow your career and be part of a successful, supportive business, we’d love to hear from you.
Please call Jo or Cat on (phone number removed) to discuss in more detail.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
As a recruitment agency, we are committed to promoting inclusive opportunities on behalf of our clients. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those from under-represented communities. If you have a disability, are neurodivergent, or require adjustments during the recruitment process, we’ll work with you and the client to ensure a fair and supportive experience. We aim to represent employers who foster respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplaces — regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or background
