MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
In this role you will source and select potential new candidates within a designated area and industry sector. You will undertake key tasks such as taking referencing, entering data onto the system and liaising with operatives to obtain compliance information. You will also be responsible for regular contact with operatives working on sites, both working for TSG and competitors. You will also liaise with clients regarding new requirements and projects to develop additional revenue.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administration and data entry
* Compliance document collation and checks for all operatives
* Writing and placing job adverts
* Taking references
* Source suitable CVs / candidates using online portals and advertisements.
* Develop relations with candidates.
* Learn industry specific terminology.
* Adhering to timesheet deadlines and ensuring all operatives are paid correctly.
* Aftercare and management of operatives working on sites.
