Recruitment Resourcer, Hamilton, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm, Temp to Perm
We are looking for a confident and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
* Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates and prospective contacts.
* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
* Building and maintaining candidate relationships.
* Generating valuable client and candidate leads during conversations.
* Supporting consultants with active recruitment campaigns and vacancies.
* Maintaining accurate records within the recruitment database.
* Assisting with candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or another telephone-based role is desirable.
* 2 years of previous customer service experience
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Comfortable making cold calls and handling a high volume of outbound activity.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, resilient, and target-driven.
* A positive attitude and willingness to develop into a full recruitment role.
