Flexible working Teacher - Primary and Secondary roles

Empowering Learning are now looking to expand our local team. We're actively seeking teachers and cover supervisors who are interested in flexible, rewarding supply work across Oxfordshire.

About the Role

As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Have the flexibility to shape your own working week.
Experience a range of school settings, year groups, and teaching styles.
Manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and help them stay engaged throughout the day.Who We're Looking For
