Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.24 per hour

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Progressor to join a busy and fast-paced team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.

As a Store Progressor, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding purchase orders are followed up and deliveries are made in line with customer expectations and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Expedite outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with customers regarding direct orders, confirming deliveries and updating records on the SAP system.
Maintain accurate records of communications with stores personnel and suppliers.
Update stock lines and supply systems to reflect changes to descriptions, suppliers, and inventory levels.
Provide administrative support and undertake additional duties consistent with the role.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a methodical approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous experience working within an administrative, stores, procurement, or supply chain environment is advantageous.
Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems would be beneficial.
