CNC Machinists - Mazak Integrex

Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an established Machine shop in Ayrshire who require CNC Machinists - Mazak Integrex. These are full time, permanent positions working in their state of the art workshop.

The business are going from strength to strength. Buying new hi-tech CNC Machinery making vital components for the Oil & Gas & Aerospace industries.

What's required?

* Time served CNC Machinist or extensive experience as CNC Machinist

* Read and interpret schematic engineer drawings

* Mazak Integrex experience (various models)

* Setting and operating

* Programming & Setup - Translate engineering drawings into precise programs, set cutting speeds, and adjust tool offsets.

* Machine Operation - Load raw materials, operate multi-axis Integrex machines and monitor machining operations.

* Quality Control - Inspect finished parts using micrometers, callipers, and CMM equipment to ensure they meet exact specifications.

* Maintenance - Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and keep the work area clean and safe.

* Collaboration -Work with engineers to optimise production processes and reduce material waste.

* Working towards continous improvement methods within the workshop

* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

* Plenty of overtime at enhanced rates - x 2
