What does the role involve?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with students within classroom environments, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and succeed in their studies.

You may support:

Students with additional learning needs

Learners requiring academic or classroom support

Small group activities

Practical and vocational sessions

Students with confidence, communication, or engagement barriers
