The Role - SEN Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs. The role involves working towards EHCP outcomes, promoting independence, supporting positive behaviour and creating a structured and engaging learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress. You will work closely with therapists, support staff and families to ensure pupils receive the highest level of support.
