The Role - SEN Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 4-19 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will teach small classes, deliver a highly differentiated and personalised curriculum and work towards EHCP outcomes to ensure meaningful progress. The role involves promoting communication, independence and positive behaviour, while working collaboratively with support staff and therapists to create a structured and inclusive learning environment.
