SEN Teacher - Primary School - Southwark - £150-£220 per day
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Southwark. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering tailored lessons that support both academic and personal development.
The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN. You will work closely with support staff and external professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCO, and external agencies
Monitor and track pupil progress effectively
Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEN
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for inclusive educationThe School Offers:
