Are you an experienced and passionate education professional with a commitment to inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed? We are seeking an outstanding SENCO to join leadership teams and play a pivotal role in shaping and developing SEND provisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and strategic leader to champion inclusive education across the school while supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to achieve their full potential. Working closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pupils receive the personalised support they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

As SENCO, you will lead on SEND strategy, oversee EHCP processes, support staff development and ensure that the school remains fully compliant with the SEND Code of Practice. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to influence whole-school practice, drive improvements in provision and make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families within the school community.

This role would suit an experienced SENCO seeking their next challenge or an ambitious teacher with strong SEND experience who is ready to step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Excellent knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
