SEN Teacher - Redbridge

£200-£250 per day

We are working closely with a supportive and well-established SEN school in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team.

This role would suit a teacher who is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and who is passionate about creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

The role:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEN

Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SEN support staff

Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

The ideal candidate:

Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

Has experience teaching pupils with SEN in a UK school setting

Demonstrates strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

Is patient, resilient, and committed to pupil development

What's on offer:

Competitive daily rate of £200-£250, depending on experience
