Start Date: September 2026
Role: SEN Primary Teacher
Contract: Full-time or Part time for one year initially
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-3.45pm
Pay: M3-UPS3 (Outer London)
We are working with a fantastic Primary SEN school in Edgware, HA8 who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to teach a small class with PMLD & complex needs from September.
This is an OUTSTANDING primary SEN school for children with a wide range of complex and profound learning difficulties. These include severe autism, complex medical conditions, physical and mobility difficulties, as well as severe developmental delay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised, multi-sensory lessons for pupils with PMLD and complex needs
* Support communication using AAC (e.g., Makaton, PECS, communication aids)
* Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and medical needs are met
* Use positive behaviour support strategies
* Create a safe, structured, sensory-rich learning environment
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching pupils with PMLD and complex needs
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Available ASAP for trial and full-time work
