Holt Engineering are seeking for reliable and detail-oriented Solderer to join a growing team based near Bournemouth on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
You will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining production standards.

The Solderer duties will include:

Assemble products and components according to technical drawings and instructions
Use hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
Maintain a clean and organised work space
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsWhat you need for the Solderer role:

Previous assembly
Experience within soldering
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat you will receive as a Solderer:

Supportive and friendly working environment
Overtime opportunities (where applicable)
On site parking
