We’re recruiting for a Solderer to join a fast-paced, people-focused manufacturing in Poole.
As a Solderer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are built and tested to the highest standards.

Working alongside the Production Team Leader, you’ll contribute to achieving production targets while continuously improving processes and quality.

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £15ph

What the Solderer Role will include:
Build and test sub-assemblies and finished products
Work to daily production targets
Soldering to a high standard
Maintain high standards of quality and safety
Support stock control and general production tasksWhat you need to be suitable for the Solderer Role:

Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
Previous soldering experience
Good attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and use initiative
Mechanical assembly experience
Knowledge of electro-mechanical buildsWhat the Solderer Role can offer you:

3 Day weekend every week
