Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

PK Education is looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school team in Birmingham. This role involves working closely with an individual pupil to support their learning, development, and wellbeing within the classroom.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a pupil with specific learning needs
Work alongside the class teacher and SENCo to implement individual learning plans
Support the pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development
Adapt learning materials to suit the pupil’s requirements
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children in a primary school setting
Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language difficulties)
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
