Behaviour Mentor - The Role
You will work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 and small group support to those with behavioural and emotional needs. The role includes implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation, and working alongside teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils remain engaged and on track with their learning.
