You'll champion our residents’ wellbeing, guide and inspire your team, and ensure regulatory excellence, all while creating a place our residents are proud to call home.
What your day-to-day could look like:Lead a passionate team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-standard care in line with CQC guidelines.
Create an environment where residents thrive, with dignity, independence, and respect at the core.
Ensure every care plan is personalised, reviewed, and aligned with evolving physical and mental health needs.
Drive compliance and quality through rigorous audits, safeguarding practices, and responsive risk assessments.
Recruit, train, and nurture a team of healthcare heroes who bring their best every day.
Be a strategic thinker who can handle staffing, budgets, complaints, and clinical excellence with confidence.
What You’ll BringProven track record in managing care or nursing homes
A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this)
Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape
A positive, empowering leadership style and a genuine passion for care
You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months
