The Role - Behavioural Pastoral Lead

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behavioural Pastoral Lead to support pupils aged 11-16 within a PRU setting. You will work closely with senior leadership, safeguarding teams and teaching staff to oversee behaviour support, emotional regulation and pupil wellbeing across the provision. The role involves leading targeted behaviour interventions, managing reintegration plans, responding to behavioural incidents, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion and liaising with families and external agencies. Strong behaviour management, leadership skills and school-based pastoral experience are essential.

The School - Behavioural Pastoral Lead

This pupil referral unit is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The provision supports pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education, offering personalised learning, strong pastoral support and structured behaviour systems. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2023.
