The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage positively with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, supporting emotional wellbeing and acting as a positive role model for pupils throughout the school day.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
This specialist SEMH provision is located in East Greenwich within the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom have experienced significant barriers to learning and disrupted education.
