Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning in a primary schools across South Liverpool for Summer into September 2026. The successful candidate must have education-related qualifications and experience working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Requirements:
Relevant education-related qualifications (HLTA status preferred)
Experience supporting teaching and learning in KS1 and KS2
Ability to lead lessons in the absence of a teacher
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding and child developmentRole & Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons
Lead whole-class, group, and one-to-one sessions as required
Provide targeted interventions to support pupil progress
