SEN Teacher - Secondary School - Stratford - September Start - Full Time
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive secondary school based in Stratford for a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is confident supporting students with additional needs and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons within a structured secondary school environment.
The school is looking for somebody who can build strong relationships with students, support learning across a range of abilities, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom setting.
The Role:
Teaching and supporting secondary-aged students with SEN
Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning difficulties
Managing behaviour effectively using positive strategies
Working closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
Contributing to EHCP targets and progress monitoring where requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching or supporting students with SEN
Be confident working within a secondary school setting
Have strong behaviour management skills
Be patient, resilient, and adaptable
Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learnersThe Role Offers:
