We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Specialist who can hit the ground running and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end ocean export shipments
Liaising with carriers, customers, and overseas agents
Preparing and processing export documentation
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
Handling bookings, tracking shipments, and providing proactive updates to clients
Resolving any operational issues efficiently and professionallyWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Ocean Exports within a freight forwarding environment
Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
