The role - Behaviour Mentor

A welcoming mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Enfield is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join their support team. In this role, you will work with students who may display challenging behaviour, providing targeted support both inside and outside the classroom. You will help students develop positive coping strategies, improve engagement, and maintain focus throughout the school day. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting student wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be resilient, approachable, and passionate about helping young people succeed. Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable.
