The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted support to pupils in KS2 who require behavioural and emotional guidance. You will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to help pupils manage their emotions, build confidence and remain engaged in lessons. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient and able to use effective behaviour management strategies to encourage positive outcomes both socially and academically. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting children with SEN and other behavioural needs.

Located in the borough of Enfield, this welcoming and inclusive primary school is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school caters for pupils aged 3-11 and is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and motivated to succeed. Pupils with SEN including ADHD and SEMH, are well supported through tailored interventions and structured support plans. The school has received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted.
