We are currently recruiting Cargo Warehouse Operatives to join our team supporting a major client in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment with competitive pay and flexible shift patterns.
The Role:
As a Cargo Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of air freight. This is a physically demanding position, suited to individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and thrive in an active working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Breaking down and rebuilding cargo pallets
*
Shrink wrapping and securing freight
*
Manual handling of goods in line with safety procedures
*
Loading and unloading shipments
*
Ensuring cargo is handled accurately and efficiently
*
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Working Environment:
You will be working in a busy warehouse setting within the cargo sector, where teamwork, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential.
Requirements:
*
Must be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
*
A strong work ethic and reliability
*
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
*
Excellent attention to detail
Security & Compliance:
Due to the nature of the role and location, all applicants must:

Provide a full 5-year checkable work/education history
*
Be willing to undergo full vetting and a DBS check
*
Meet aviation security standards
Shifts & Pay:
