This role is suitable for experienced General Teaching Assistants, education graduates, childcare professionals, or individuals with relevant experience who are looking to gain classroom-based experience.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and activities
Promoting a positive and productive learning environment
Providing support for pupils with additional learning needs

Previous experience working with children
A professional, flexible, and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
