My client is hiring for an organised and reliable individual to support the day-to-day administration of MOT Testing alongside general office duties across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Managing administration for MOT testing schedules and bookings.
Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the service department with general administration duties.
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
Assisting with invoicing, filing, and other office tasks.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.What We’re Looking For
Previous administration experience preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good IT skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A professional and friendly approach to customer service.Additional Information
Part time and full time opportunities available.
