Looking to start your office career? We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join this friendly team.

This is a varied role where you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of office administration. No previous office experience is required – we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Duties will include:

* Answering all incoming calls and assiting customers.

* Monitoring shared email inboxes

* Data entry and updating spreadsheets

* General administration and office support

* Assisting different departments as required

* Helping ensure the smooth running of the office

We'd love to hear from you if you:

* Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

* Are organised, reliable and proactive

* Enjoy working as part of a team

* Are flexible and happy to support with a variety of tasks

* Are comfortable working independently when needed
