Location: Stroud

Shift: Late Shift – Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 10:00pm

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: Up to £37,000 DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deburrer / Mechanical Assembler to join a growing company working with high-specification engineering components within a quality-focused environment.

The successful Deburrer / Mechanical Assembler will play a key role within production, supporting a variety of finishing and assembly tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.

Role Responsibilities

Deburring and finishing precision engineered components

Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks

Using hand tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively

Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are met

Supporting different areas of production as required

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Working to engineering drawings and production instructions
The Person

Minimum 3 years’ experience within a finishing (mechanical) environment and/or mechanical assembly

Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

Flexible and willing to support a variety of production tasks

Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment

Able to work accurately within a quality-driven manufacturing environment

Reliable, motivated and a strong team player
