CNC Setter/Operator - Milling (Fanuc Controls)

Location: Stroud

Shift: Late Shift, 4-day working week - Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm - 10:00pm

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: Up to £43,000 DOE

Are you an experienced CNC Setter/Operator - Milling looking to join a well-established aerospace engineering company offering a stable 4-day working week and long-term career development?

Do you have strong Fanuc controls experience and at least 3 years’ experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment?

The successful CNC Setter/Operator - Milling candidate will play a key role within the machining department, ensuring components are produced to strict aerospace standards while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

Setting and operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls

Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment

Ensuring machines run efficiently and safely

Working to aerospace quality standards and procedures

Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department
The Person

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Setter/Operator - Milling

Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is essential

Strong experience using Fanuc controls

Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings

Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards

Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
