Participate in shared governance, quality improvement projects, and professional development initiatives.
Engage in continuous education and stay up to date with evidence-based practices to provide the highest standard of care.
Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required (2 years preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
