Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Bonuses:
Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plans for patients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
