Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Sacramento, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Bonuses:
Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients suffering from various physical conditions or injuries.

Document patient progress, update treatment plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Collaborate with a team of clinicians to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Maintain a high standard of care and patient satisfaction, meeting both clinical and organizational goals.
Participate in continuing education and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations.
