About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about user-centered design and has experience in creating B2B enterprise SaaS solutions. As a UX Designer at Ndustrial, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Nsight Energy Intensity Platform, a cutting-edge SaaS solution that integrates IoT devices and control systems with cloud-based data analysis. You will be responsible for enhancing user experiences including new feature development and modifying existing features with the opportunity to influence and shape the overall design.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with product and development teams to develop design solutions focused on enhancing usability and customer value
Perform user research to collect insights and establish user flows tailored to different industrial personas
Revise design prototypes and mockups, making sure they meet both functional and aesthetic criteria
Facilitate UX workshops, collect feedback, and improve designs based on user testing outcomes
Play a role in our design system, ensuring uniformity across various application interfaces
Requirements
Degree in Design or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in UX design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Strong skills in user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and deriving insights from user data
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and gather constructive feedback
Understanding of design constraints and technical limitations
Ability to collaborate and accept critical feedback
Ability to embrace and exemplify Ndustrial’s core values: Customer First, Curiosity, Quality, Teamwork
Nice to have:
Experience working within industrial or energy sectors
Strong hands on experience with Figma
Portfolio showcasing your UX design projects and problem-solving skills
