POSITION SUMMARY

The UX Designer will work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, architecture, and key Stakeholders to design and implement modern, best-of-breed user experiences that lead to increased adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and superior functionality for our Vasion Automate platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with the engineering manager and product manager as part of a leadership team to guide the direction of a value team and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Work closely with developers to ensure designs are thoroughly tested and accurately implemented.

Create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

Illustrate design concepts using storyboards and process flows.

Conduct regular user research by engaging with customers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Continuously strive to deliver world-class experiences that address real customer needs.

Regularly present your work to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.

Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools

Strong understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Experience in analyzing research data and translating insights into design solutions.

Competence in creating user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation.

Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
