You will partner across the enterprise to identify, develop, and implement marketing activities that achieve business objectives. 

Responsibilities

Develop Marketing Campaigns: Build performance marketing campaigns that deliver compelling engagement and calls to action to current and potential customers.

Brand through Demand: Support the growth and connectivity of Brand to Demand initiatives, including Account Based Marketing campaign execution and support.

Paid Media Strategy: Orchestrate and execute paid media campaigns through in-house channels or through performance marketing agency partners.

Data & Technology: Partner with enterprise technology architects on the technical implementation of data collection and platform integration across appropriate marketing executions and websites.

Data & Insights. Enable cross-channel measurement and analysis for performance marketing campaigns, working with strategists to share valuable insights across campaigns.

Optimization Recommendations: Lead the ongoing cross-channel results and optimization recommendations in partnership with the Advertising, UX, Research, and other relevant teams.

Who You Are:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: 6+ years of related work experience

Marketing Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of direct, content, digital, paid, and general marketing methods

Audience Knowledge: Proven ability to segment and prioritize B2B audiences for marketing activations

Technical Skills: Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and account-based marketing tools

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills, along with problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills

Business Insight: Demonstrated understanding of technical, financial services product, and business processes

Ability to Complete Tasks: Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a matrix environment

Collaboration: Able to build and maintain relationships, facilitate consensus, and communication to gain agreement without formal authority

Change Management: Demonstrated ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guide others through change

Travel: Limited travel may be required.

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:

$77350 - $(phone number removed) / year

Time Off Program:

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
