Position: Provider and Physician Sourcing Specialist
Derpartment: Human Resources
Location: Downers Grove/Hybrid
Full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday, normal business hours
Travel: In office as needed.
Responsibilities:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; interviewing, advising and guiding managers, working with long term staffing planning of organization, maximizes ATS and social media to achieve a pipeline of Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Therapy candidates.
Develop, implement and manage all methods to generate candidates, including national/local/internet advertising, direct mail, residency programs, local and national physician conferences and educational events
Research databases, social networks, job posting results, referrals and other sources to establish lists of potential candidates
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; attends job fairs and networking events; maintaining rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by posting positions; contacting schools/universities, using professional websites and social media and job sites.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience sourcing passive talent (minimum of 2-3 years of experience)
Knowledge of the Chicago Healthcare Market
Experience building pipelines, seeking new channels, networking, and cold calling to identify new sourcing avenues.
Strong sourcing skills (utilizing online job boards, networking, research, and social media)
Knowledge of social media
