Overview:

Under the general direction of the Sr. SBS Accounting Manager, this position will be responsible for preparation of account analysis at a business unit level, journal entries, account reconciliations and various monthly, quarterly and fiscal financial reporting

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analytical support.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines relating to monthly close and month end management reporting.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement; present findings to management and make correcting entries when necessary.

Assist with various functions which may include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Asset Management, and Commissions.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the branch.

Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliations to balance sheet.

Track and produce data for reporting as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-4 years of finance and or accounting experience.

BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MBA preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational ability and demonstrate attention to detail.

May support 1-2 branch locations

Travel as requested <10%

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $52,875 - $88,300. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
